How to Steep Tea

Use one heaping teaspoon for each cup of tea desired.

Place tea leaves into steeping sack, steeping cup or tea ball.
If you received a sample gift, fill the included paper sack with one teaspoon of tea leaf and suspend into cup of
hot water with bamboo skewer, also included.

Steep for appropriate amount of time using the chart below.

Do not over-steep. Over steeped tea doesn't get stronger only bitter. To make a tea stronger, simply use more tea leaf.

If you're using a teapot, pour off entire contents of teapot into cups. Tea left in pot will become bitter. More hot water
can be added to the pot to make more tea until it becomes too weak. Adding a pinch of tea leaf with each use is advised.
Likewise, tea sacks, tea balls and steeping cups of tea leaf can be reused until the leaf looses its flavor.

Note: Cool cups are at room temperature. To warm a cup, rinse it with hot water. For hot cup, rinse it with
freshly boiled water.
